Day 1:Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Rose Valley – Dades Gorges

(6 hours drive | 342 km)

The 3 Day from Marrakech to Fez departure: Your journey begins with a morning pick-up from your accommodation in Marrakech. As we head towards the south, we cross the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass, where you’ll enjoy stops for scenic viewpoints and photos.
Our next stop is the historic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO-listed mudbrick village famous for its unique architecture and film appearances. After some time to explore and enjoy lunch nearby, we drive through Ouarzazate and continue along the route of a thousand kasbahs, passing Skoura Oasis and the blooming Rose Valley.
By late afternoon, we reach the Dades Gorges area where we settle into a charming guesthouse for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga – Camel Ride – Desert Camp

After breakfast, we explore the winding roads and rock formations of the Dades Valley before continuing to Todra Gorge, a dramatic natural canyon known for its sheer limestone walls. Enjoy a relaxed walk along the river and take in the towering cliffs that attract rock climbers from around the world.

From there, we drive deeper into the desert, passing through Tinghir and Erfoud—famous for fossils and dates—before arriving at Merzouga, at the edge of the Sahara dunes.
Here, your desert adventure begins with a camel ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. As the sun sets, the sand glows with rich colors—a perfect photo opportunity. At your luxury desert camp, enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber drumming, and a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 3:Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fez

Wake up early to witness sunrise over the dunes before having breakfast at the camp. You’ll return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4 and continue to Rissani, a town known for its authentic souks and rich history.
We continue through the Ziz Valley, one of Morocco’s most lush and expansive palm groves, stopping for photos along the way. Then we head into the Middle Atlas Mountains, reaching Midelt for a lunch break.

In the afternoon, we travel through the cedar forests near Azrou, where you might spot Barbary macaques. We also visit Ifrane, a unique Moroccan town known for its alpine feel and cleanliness. By evening, we arrive in Fez and drop you off at your hotel or riad, marking the end of your 3-day desert trip.
