4-Day Fes to Marrakech Desert Tour departure.
After breakfast, our driver will meet you at your accommodation in Fes and start the 4 days itinerary towards Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco. Afterward, we will drive to visit the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the Barbary Apes and enjoy the views of the woods. We then follow the route via the Middle Atlas mountains to Midelt while we enjoy the mountainous scenery.
Once we arrive at Midelt, the apple fruit capital, we will stop for a lunch break before heading further on our journey. Once you finish lunch, we’ll continue our itinerary to the panoramic Valley of Ziz with a short stop for the panoramic view of Palm Grove before we arrive in Merzouga desert dunes. Upon arrival at the Dunes accommodation, you will be welcomed with a glass of fresh mint tea while checking in the rooms. Dinner and night with breakfast will be included.

The 4×4 Merzouga desert excursion begins after breakfast with a drive along the sandy desert, where you will enjoy the stunning views of the dunes with altitudes up to 250 meters. Following the desert itinerary will lead us off-road to the Rally Dakar to visit fossil quarries in a small desert oasis called Tissardmine. In a while, we drive to a nomadic settlement to learn about their traditions and way of life before heading to the village of Khamlia—a black people’s village, originally from Sudan. Here, we will visit a Gnawa music home and enjoy a lively dance session with a glass of tea. Lunch break will be in a local restaurant, where you can taste a delicious Berber Pizza, a famous meal in the area.
Later in the afternoon, we will drive to your accommodation to prepare for our camel trek excursion for the rest of the journey. Our camel man will arrange the camel ride and guide your caravan to see an amazing sunset view on the top of the dunes. Then, continue the ride to your luxury camp in the desert dunes for a special evening. The tents in the camp are fully equipped with air-conditioning, hot shower, and a private toilet.

Depending on your choice, you might want to wake up early to see an amazing sunrise before we depart for the journey 3rd day. After breakfast, we will continue our Morocco itinerary with a drive to Erfoud, known as the fossil and date capital. You will visit a workshop specializing in fossils and marble upon arrival.
After a while, we continue the trip towards the Berber villages of Jorf and Tinjdad to approach the stunning Todra Valley, Todra Gorge, which reaches 300 meters high. Next, we head to Boumalne Dade’s village and Dades Valley, where you can admire the fascinating Monkey Toes rock formations and head to your accommodation in the Valley. Check-in for the overnight and dinner with breakfast will be included.

The 4th day of the tour will be a drive from Dades Valley to Marrakech.
Starting the journey with a drive further into the Valley to visit the famous Gorge of Dades and head to the Valley of the Rose. Sometimes named the Valley of Thousand Kasbahs. Here, we will pass through Kalaat M’gouna, the Rose capital, and continue to Ouarzazate via Skoura Oasis.
At Ouarzazate, we will stop to see the panoramic Kasbah of Taourirt and the famous cinema studio. The route trip will lead us to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou—a UNESCO World Heritage site on the southern slopes of the foothills. Here, your driver/guide will take you on a guided visit to explore this fabulous village with a lunch break in a local restaurant.
The itinerary continues to Marrakech by crossing the High Atlas mountains of Tizi N Tichka at an altitude of 2600 meters—the end of our 4 day Morocco tour in Marrakech.
